The Digital Twin Lab is a research institute researching and developing digital twin technology. We are conducting private and public research projects related to smart manufacturing.

To apply and spread digital twin technology, we are supporting the creation of an intelligent manufacturing region ecosystem through domestic and international academic exchanges and policy proposals. In addition, we are training experts who can actively utilize digital twin technology suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution in various industries.

We are currently focusing on developing reliability design technology for semiconductor devices / packages / modules using digital twin technology.
